How to request deletion
For security reasons, deletion of a Combixa account can only be requested from an authenticated session in the app.
Steps in the app
- Open Combixa with your usual account.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Data and privacy.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm the request.
The app session verifies that you control the account. No account is deleted merely because someone knows its alias.
